Auburn tigers beat Missouri tigers and cop the SEC
championship setting a SEC championship record with a total of 677 yards. The Missouri
tigers suffered a loss but the Auburn Tigers definitely outplayed them. Player Nick
Marshall completed 9 of 11 passes for 133 yards and a touchdown but it was Tre Mason
who was definitely player of the game going 303 yards and four touchdowns with
45 carries. Fans could sense a lot of tension in the game that went beyond just
the normal football fever. Four quarters after their 4pm kickoff the Missouri
Tigers had loss to Oklahoma State 59-42.
